Go to LiveMusicTodosSantos.com in Safari on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap the square Share icon with the upward arrow at the bottom of Safari.

Use Chrome on Android. Some Android browsers show slightly different wording, but the install option is usually in the browser menu.
