For venue managers
How to edit your claimed venue page
Claimed venue pages let managers keep public venue information current. Use this guide when you need to update the map, contact details, photo, or description visitors see.
What can you edit?
Public venue details
Update the venue name, short description, website, phone number, and cover photo shown on the public venue page.
Address and map
Keep the address and Google Maps link accurate so visitors can get directions without guessing.
The first impression
Add a clean photo or logo that helps people recognize the venue when they open the page or see it linked from an event.
Immediate profile updates
Venue profile changes publish when you save. Admin-only details such as page status, ownership, and internal notes are separate.
How to update your venue page
Sign in with the approved owner account
Open the Menu and choose Sign In. Use the account that was approved for this venue.
Open your venue page
Go to Venues and search for the venue you manage. Open the public page first.
If you do not own the page yet, start with the venue claim guide before editing.
Tap Edit on the venue page
When your account owns the page, an Edit button appears near the venue name. Tap it to open the venue edit form.
Venue tip
If you expected to see Edit and do not, confirm you are signed in with the right account. If the venue recently changed managers, the site team may need to update ownership.
Update the main venue information
Review the venue name, description, website, and phone number. Keep the description short and practical: what kind of place it is, where it is, and anything visitors should know before they arrive.
If you rename the venue, the public page link may change to match the new name.
Add or replace the cover photo
Use a clear venue photo, stage photo, sign, or logo. A simple horizontal image usually works best because venue pages show the photo in a wide frame.
Venue tip
Avoid screenshots with tiny text. Visitors should recognize the venue at a glance, especially on a phone.
Check the address and map
Paste the venue's Google Maps share link into the map field. The form shows a preview so you can confirm the pin is in the right place before saving.
If the Google Maps link does not set the right location, use the map picker to place the pin manually.
Save and review the public page
Tap Save. After saving, open the public venue page and check the photo, address link, map, phone number, website, and upcoming event list.
Google Maps link checklist
The cleanest map link usually comes from opening the venue in Google Maps, choosing Share, and copying the link. Paste that into the venue form, then check the preview.
If the venue is inside a larger property or the pin lands on the wrong entrance, use the manual map picker and place the pin where guests should go.

A few quick FAQs
What if I do not see the Edit button?
Make sure you are signed in with the approved owner account. If the page is not claimed yet, use the venue claim guide first.
Do venue profile edits change existing events?
They update the venue page details. Event titles, dates, times, flyers, and costs are edited from the event page or submitted as new event updates.
Should I update the map if Google Maps is slightly wrong?
Yes. The venue page should help guests arrive at the right place. Use the manual picker if the shared Google link is not precise enough.
Can I remove contact details later?
Yes. Clear the website or phone field, save the page again, and check the public page after saving.
